Your shipping package
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving payment and are shipped via local or international courier service. We could use Nacex, ASM for local shipping and Nacex or Fedex for international shipping. It is important to have an active phone number as the courier will contact you by phone prior to delivery. If the phone is not accessible, it may delay delivery and you may need to collect your shipment from the courier office.
If you provide your email during registration, once your order is shipped we will provide you with the tracking number.
Shipping costs include packaging and handling fees, as well as shipping costs.
We offer free shipping to Spain for orders from 20 euros and for international orders free shipping for orders from 60 euros.
We recommend that you group your items into one order.
The boxes are ample in size and your items are well protected.
